综合自动化变电站中隔离刀闸防误操作的闭锁策略分析

摘要:
鉴于当前综合自动化变电站中广泛采用电气回路“硬”闭锁与监控逻辑“软”闭锁相结合的刀闸防误操作模式,通过分析“运行”、“检修”、“热备用”和“冷备用”这4种设备状态与“断路器”、“主刀”、“地刀”这3种操作对象之间的关系,总结出了一种通用的逻辑闭锁策略。以被操作单元及其相关对象作为闭锁判别式的自变量,以设备当前状态和设备目标状态作为判别式的因变量,得出了基于卡诺图形式的设备状态转移条件判别式。在此基础上,提出用无向图、根节点和叶子节点分别表示一次系统接线、被操作设备和与该操作对象有闭锁关系的相关设备,结合深度优先遍历和广度优先算法可以方便地得到操作允许条件,有效地改善了监控系统中维护闭锁逻辑条件式的效率,避免手工输入的错误。通过几种典型接线方式下的应用实例验证了该逻辑策略的有效性。

Abstract:
As the maloperation prevention mode of hardware blocking in electrical circuit and software blocking in control logic is widely adopted in present integrated automation substations,a general blocking strategy is proposed based on the analysis of the relationship between the equipment status,such as operation,maintenance,standby and back-up,and the operating object,such as breaker,isolator and grounding switch. The discriminant of allowable equipment status transition is drawn in Karnaugh,which takes the operated equipment and its relevant objects as the independent variables and its present and destination statuses as the dependent variables. The undirected graph,root nodes and leaf nodes are used to respectively present the primary system connection,operated equipment and its relevant apparatus. The combined algorithm of depth-first traversing and breadth-first search is applied to easily obtain the required operation conditions,which avoids the mistakes of manual data inputting and improves the efficiency of blocking logic equation entering. Application examples of some typical primary system connection modes prove the validity of the proposed strategy.
