针对变压器内部产热散热的对流换热过程,并考虑到变压器内部系统的非齐次性,采用有限体积法(FVM)将支配流动与传热的控制偏微分方程对微小控制体积积分,构造一组离散的控制方程,结合系统的初始条件和边界条件,求解一类自然油循环电力变压器温度场,仿真计算绕组温度分布。并与实验室温升用试验变压器不同条件下的实测数据进行对比验证,结果表明基于FVM的计算方法具有平均相对误差5.8 % 的精度,能较好地计算变压器绕组温度分布。 |

Based on the convection heat transfer process of power transformer internal system and its non -homogeneity,the FVM(Finite Volume Method) is applied to construct a set of discrete control equations by calculating the integral of partial differential equation on small control volume for flow and heat transfer control. The temperature field of its natural cycle oil is solved combined with its initial and boundary conditions and the temperature distribution of its windings is simulated. Comparison with the measured data of the prototype power transformer under lab tests with different loading profiles shows that,the winding temperature distribution calculated by the proposed FVM-based method has an average relative error of 5.8 %. |
