永磁同步电机电流调节器动态特性改进方法分析

摘要:
针对永磁同步电机这种多输入多输出系统,采用复矢量描述方法对旋转坐标系下电流调节器的动态响应特性进行分析。分析表明:当参数准确时,基于状态反馈解耦的PI电流调节器可以取得理想的动态性能;采用同步旋转坐标系复矢量PI电流调节器时,对电机参数变化的鲁棒性较好。针对其抗干扰性能较差引起d、q轴电流脉动较大的缺点,通过增加虚拟电阻的方法提高其抗干扰性能,可以取得理想的电流调节器动态响应性能。仿真与实验结果验证了上述分析结果的有效性和正确性。

Abstract:
The complex vector method is employed to analyze the dynamic characteristic of synchronous frame current regulator for PMSM(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor). The analysis indicates that,the PI current regulator based on the state-feedback decoupling has ideal dynamic characteristic only when the inductance is accurately identified while the PI current regulator based on the synchronous complex vector is robust to the parameter perturbations. To improve its anti-disturbance performance,a virtual resistance is added,which reduces the ripple of d/q axis current and enhances its dynamic response. The validity and correctness of analytical results are verified by simulation and experiment.
