微电网智能保护的分区方法

摘要:
提出一种微电网智能保护的新方法。首先建立微电网结构的二叉树,并形成故障决策树。外部电网与微电网的公共连接点(PCC)监测到外部电网发生故障,微电网主动解列运行。对进入孤网运行的微电网,引入功率平衡度的概念,通过对微电网内部各级节点的功率平衡度进行搜索,并根据采集的信息得到微电网分区的可行解,以实现对孤网运行的微电网进行区域划分和保护。相比于传统的被动解列策略,该主动保护策略能保证形成的孤岛不出现较大的功率不平衡问题,实现孤网稳定运行。用PSCAD软件仿真分析,取得良好的效果。

Abstract:
A new micro-grid intelligent protection strategy is presented. A binary tree of micro-grid is set up and a fault decision tree is formed. When a fault of utility power grid is detected at PCC(Point of Common Coupling),the micro-grid operates automatically in grid-island mode,for which,the concept of power balance degree is introduced. Together with the online information,the feasible strategy to realize the region division and protection of grid-island is set by searching the power balance degree of decision tree. Compared with the passive splitting strategy,the proposed strategy avoids large power imbalance and realizes the stable running of grid-island. Simulative results with PSCAD show its advantages.
