基于逆变器直流侧电流和融合算法的感应电机转子故障诊断方法

摘要:
分析了逆变器驱动的感应电机发生转子故障时的逆变器直流侧电流的频谱成分,发现与转子故障对应的故障特征频率分量分布在逆变器直流侧电流频谱的低频和高频的多个频段。基于此,提出了一种融合算法,利用解析信号的模平方函数将分布在高频段的故障特征频率分量转化到低频段,然后和低频段的信号进行融合相关处理,融合谱中的噪声和与故障不相关的频率分量得到了很大抑制,能够有效地提高感应电机转子故障诊断的可靠性和有效性。实验结果证明该方法能有效地诊断感应电机转子故障。

Abstract:
The spectrum of DC-side current is analyzed for the rotor fault of induction motor driven by inverter and it is found that the fault specific frequency components are distributed in its low-frequency band and a few high-frequency bands. A fusion algorithm is proposed to improve the accuracy and reliability of rotor fault diagnosis,which applies Hilbert transform to convert the high-frequency signals to low-frequency signals and fuses them with the low-frequency signals to suppress the environmental noise and unrelated frequency components. The experimental results show that the rotor fault of induction motor is detected effectively.
