以天广直流工程为研究对象,对直流输电系统附加稳定控制功能进行了探讨,重点分析了功率提升/功率回降、双侧频差控制、频率限制、功率限制等功能的实现策略,并结合天广直流控制保护改造前后实现策略的不同进行了对比分析。改造后系统的稳定控制策略虽然较原系统有较大改进,但仍存在部分设计缺陷。结合改造后新系统的实际运行情况,对双侧频差控制、功率限制、频率限制功能提出改进措施和建议。 |

Abstract: |
In order to meet the requirements of power grid for stability,the additional stability control function of Tian-Guang HVDC project is discussed and the implementation strategy for following functions is detailed:power-up/power-down,SFD(Swing Frequency Deviation) control,power limitation and frequency limitation. The implementation strategy after the retrofit of Tian-Guang HVDC control and protection is compared with that before the retrofit,which shows that,the control strategy of system stability is enhanced and there are still some design defects. According to the practical operating conditions of the retrofitted system, improvement measures are proposed for the functions of SFD control,power limitation and frequency limitation. |
