摘要:
在智能电网框架下,研究并设计了一套配电网调度支持系统。对当前配电网的发展状况与问题进行了分析。在可视化技术基础上,设计了具有八大功能的配电网调度支持系统,包括:基于图模一体化的设备参数录入功能,设备状态的智能表达功能,智能搜索功能,预案的生成、查询、反演的图模一体化功能,智能交接班记录功能,风险点、薄弱点的评估及智能提示功能,Web发布功能,历史事件查询及报表智能形成功能。在实际配电网系统中进行了应用校验。

Abstract:
A support system of distribution network dispatch is studied in the environment of smart grid and the present situation of power distribution network development is analyzed. Eight functions are designed based on visualization technology for the support system:the equipment parameter entry based on graphic and model integration,the intelligent presentation of equipment status,the intelligent search,the graphic and model integration of preplan creation,query and demonstration,the intelligent shift log,the evaluation and intelligent prompt of risk points and weak points,the web publishing,the historical events query and intelligent list generation. The application experiments are carried out in actual power distribution network.
