高可用性无缝环网在数字化变电站通信网络的应用

摘要:
数字化变电站对通信网络可靠性要求极高,IEC62439-3标准提出了高可用性无缝环网结构。介绍了双连接的交换节点以及处理重复报文的机制,通过删除环网内循环复制的广播报文,能够抵抗广播风暴形成。对几种冗余协议进行了故障恢复时间、可靠性、经济性等性能比较,并设计了应用高可用性无缝环网的变电站三层通信网络结构。高可用性无缝环网技术能够抵抗单点故障,具有高可靠性且能实现无缝恢复,相比并行冗余造价更低,而且协议本身不依赖于上层通信协议,智能电子设备(IED)具有单一物理地址,网络不需要特殊配置。

Abstract:
HSR(High- availability Seamless Ring) is stipulated in IEC62439-3 standard for the communication network of digital substation. Its doubly attached node and handling mechanism of repeated packets are introduced,which avoids the broadcast storm by deleting the duplicated broadcast message circulating in the ring. The failure recovery time,reliability,economy,etc. are compared among different redundancy protocols and a three-level structure of communication network is designed based on HSR for digital substation,which tolerates the single-point failure and realizes the seamless recovery with high reliability and lower cost. Its network protocol is independent of upper communication protocols while the special network configuration is not necessary as the IED has a unique physical address.
