为解决中小功率电力电子和电力驱动系统的开发测试问题,研制出以 dSPACE 平台为核心的实时仿真综合平台,其典型实时仿真步长 20 μs。实时仿真综合平台整体结构采用模块化设计,与 Matlab/Simulink 实现无缝连接。采用输入-输出描述法建立实时仿真模型库;通过冗余量设计、封锁 PWM 输出脉冲等多种措施确保硬件电路的稳定可靠。采用 PM300DVA120 功率模块,设计了 50 kV·A 的三相电压型 PWM 整流器控制实验,实验结果表明实现了四象限运行控制。借助实验平台,可进行实时仿真、验证算法,实现数字化控制。经过验证的算法可直接移植到 DSP 或 FPGA 等控制器上运行。 |

Abstract: |
An integrated real-time simulation platform based on dSPACE is developed for the development and test of small/medium power electronic and electric driving system. Its typical time step is 20 μs,its overall structure design is modularized,and it links Matlab/Simulink seamlessly. The input-output description method is used to build the software library of real-time simulation models and a few measures,such as redundancy design,PWM output pulse blocking,etc. are taken to ensure the reliable and stable hardware circuit. An experimental platform for 50 kV·A three-phase voltage-source PWM rectifier is designed with PM300DVA120 power module and the experimental results indicate that the four-quadrant operation is implemented. The real-time simulation,algorithm verification and digital control are realized with it. The verified algorithm can be directly transplanted to DSP or FPGA chips. |
