基于综合灵敏度分析的电压校正控制

摘要:
以负荷节点短路容量的电压稳定性分析为基础,提出一种基于综合灵敏度分析的快速电压校正控制算法,以提高电力系统在经历扰动后的电压水平和电压稳定裕度。首先通过负荷节点的电压和短路电流灵敏度分析,得到反映对负荷节点电压和稳定裕度调节能力的综合灵敏度。再通过对综合灵敏度的排序,得到控制变量的优先级,并选择综合灵敏度大的形成控制变量集。将控制变量集代入改进遗传算法,并结合综合灵敏度缩小控制变量的变化空间,综合考虑电压合格率、稳定裕度及网损等,得到校正控制最优策略。通过某省级电网的控制分析和仿真验证,结果证明了所提算法的有效性。

Voltage correction control based on comprehensive sensitivity analysis

Abstract:
According to the voltage stability analysis with short circuit capacity,an approach of voltage correction control based on comprehensive sensitivity analysis is proposed to improve the load-bus voltage and voltage stability margins after the great disturbance of power system. Based on the analysis of load-bus voltage and short circuit sensitivity,the comprehensive sensitivities are obtained and ranked to get the priorities of control variables. The bigger ones are then chosen to form the control variable set,which is applied to the improved genetic algorithm. Their variation spaces are shrunken according to the comprehensive sensitivity. With the consideration of voltage level,stability margin,grid loss,etc.,the optimal control strategy is achieved. The analysis for a provincial power grid and the simulative verification demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
