双级式矩阵变换器是高阶的、多模态的、非线性的动态系统,提出应用2级开关状态函数建立其精确的数学模型。为了将模型中整流级和逆变级相乘的开关函数矩阵进行解耦,提出将整流级的输出电压波动看作逆变级闭环系统的环内扰动,将系统的建模简化成逆变级的建模分析。应用开关周期平均算子、坐标旋转变换、小信号扰动法,建立了系统逆变级的小信号动态数学模型,推导出从调制器输入到变换器输出的传递函数。应用PSIM软件验证了数学模型的合理性。 |

Abstract: |
A definite mathematical model is built with two-stage switching state function for the two-stage matrix converter,a kind of high-order,multi-modal and non-linear dynamic system . It is proposed to consider the output voltage fluctuation of rectifier-stage as the internal disturbance of inverter-stage closed-loop to decouple model’s switching function matrix,which is the multiplication of rectifier-stage and inverter-stage. The system modeling is thus simplified into the modeling of inverter-stage. The cycle switch average operator,coordinates rotating transition and small signal perturbation method are applied to build the small signal dynamic mathematical model of inverter-stage,based on which the input-to-output transfer functions of modulator are deduced. Its rationality is verified by PSIM. |
