针对智能变电站高电压等级双重化配置的过程层智能设备同时接入单套配置的间隔测控单元的要求,提出了一种可行的测控装置应用解决方案。基于测控平台开发的测控装置软硬件设计采用多CPU软硬件协作方式,主要功能包括交流采样值(SV)处理、GOOSE输入/输出、同期功能、间隔联闭锁功能。方案采用2个完全相同的前端模块实现对双套设备的数据预处理,由主控CPU模块按可配置策略进行合并处理。基于该方案实现的测控装置已经在某500 kV智能变电站工程中得到应用,实践表明该实施方案具备可推广性。 |

Abstract: |
An application solution is presented for the mono-configured bay-level measurement and control unit in smart substation since the dual-configured HV process-level intelligent devices are required to access it simultaneously. The measurement and control unit designed based on the measurement and control platform adopts the HW-SW collaboration of multiple CPUs,including the SV treatment of AC sampling,GOOSE input/output,synchronization function and the bay-level interlocking. It applies two identical front-end modules to respectively pre-process the data from the dual-configured devices,which are merged in their master CPU module according to configuration strategy. The designed bay-level measurement and control unit is applied in a 500 kV smart substation project and the practice shows its feasibility. |
