摘要: |
针对传统直流稳压电源体积大、效率低、精度不高、不利于磁轴承控制的不足,介绍了一种新型磁悬浮轴承用开关电源的设计。开关电源采用浮点型数字信号处理器芯片TMS320F28335可以输出高精度脉宽调制波,通过接口电路可以精确调控输出电压,应用体积小的高频变压器进行电压转换和电网隔离以及反激式拓扑结构,都能使电源体积更小,据此设计了一种新型反激式开关电源。对设计的开关电源进行了测试和实验验证,结果表明:输出电压稳定,精度高,输出的电压精度达到0.5 %,纹波峰峰值为± 40 mV,电源效率达到82 %。 |

Abstract: |
A design of fly-back switching power supply for magnetic suspension bearing is introduced, which adopts the floating-point DSP TMS320F28335 to generate precise PWM wave to accurately regulate the output voltage via interface circuits,applies the small-sized high-frequency transformer for grid isolation and voltage conversion and the fly-back topological structure to make the device smaller. Test and experiment are carried out for the prototype,and results show that:the output voltage is stable and accurate,with the error of 0.5 %,the peak-to-peak ripple of ± 40 mV and the efficiency of 82 %. |
