基于三电平变换器励磁的双馈感应发电机低电压穿越性能研究

摘要:
采用三电平拓扑结构变换器对高压大功率双馈感应发电机进行励磁,研究其低电压穿越性能。在电网电压跌落时,提出用于低电压状态下的基于比例电压的控制方案,同时控制电机侧变换器和网侧变换器。仿真结果表明,采用三电平拓扑结构变换器,可以对高压大功率的双馈感应发电机进行低电压穿越控制,而且提出的基于比例电压的控制策略可以避免变换器电流过流和饱和,同时又能快速向电网中注入无功功率,为电网快速恢复提供支撑。

Abstract:
Three-level converter is applied to excite the high-voltage high-power doubly-fed induction generator and its low-voltage ride-through performance is studied. The scheme based on proportional voltage method is proposed for low voltage situation,which controls both rotor-side converter and grid-side converter simultaneously. Simulative results show that,the high-voltage high-power doubly-fed induction generator is perfectly controlled by the three-level converter during low-voltage ride-through and the proposed control scheme based on proportional voltage method injects reactive power quickly into grid for grid recovery,without the problems of converter over-current and saturation.
