纵联保护载波通道远方测试方案

摘要:
高压线路保护的收发信机的高频通道目前主要依赖人工手动测试,缺乏自动测试手段。初步设计了载波通道远方测试技术方案,该方案通过在集控中心和站端监控系统中的应用软件系统,并通过站端测控单元控制线路保护间隔的收发信机,实现监控系统对站端载波通道手动测试和监控端对通道的自动测试。该方案可实现对收发信机通道的定时与自动测试,并将分析结果上送至远方调度系统,并可通过对现有系统进行软件升级和硬件改造实现载波通道的自动测试,以解决目前国内220 kV变电站无人值守的运行需求。

Abstract:
As the high-frequency channels of the information transceiver in high-voltage line protection are mainly tested manually,a remote test scheme is proposed for it,which remotely tests the carrier channels via the measuring and control unit at substation by the application software system of the monitoring system at substation or control center manually or automatically. It can be implemented by the software upgrading or hardware retrofitting of existing system to meet the requirement of 220 kV substation for the automatic channel test.
