基于支路暂态能量函数的特高压区域电网间容量交换能力研究

摘要:
随着特高压电网的逐步建成,大区电网间必将存在大容量的有功功率传输,提出基于支路暂态能量函数的分析方法对电网间极限交换容量进行计算分析。在多机系统COI坐标系统方程的基础上构建电力系统支路暂态能量函数模型,并验证了系统扰动后的总暂态能量守恒的原则,通过电网中各支路能否消纳发电机转子动能来判定系统的稳定性。在 CEPRI 8机36节点系统中对扰动后网络中各区域支路的暂态能量函数分布特性进行了验证分析,并在此基础上求出电网区域间最大传输功率。应用该方法对电网间的极限交换容量进行校核计算。仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:
Along with the construction of UHV power grids,there is large-capacity transmission of active power between grids. A method for calculating the limits of power exchange between grids is proposed based on the branch transient energy. The model of branch transient energy function is constructed based on the COI coordinates equations in multi-machine system and the principle of total transient energy conservation is verified. Whether the kinetic energy of generator rotor can be absorbed by the branches determines the system stability. The characteristic of branch transient energy distribution is analyzed for CEPRI 8-machine 36-bus system,based on which the maximum transmission power is calculated. The limits of power exchange between grids are verified by the proposed method. Simulative result indicates its feasibility.
