一种新颖的软开关双向DC/DC变换器分析与设计

摘要:
提出了一种双向DC/DC变换器,低压侧采用电流型半桥拓扑,高压侧采用电压型半桥拓扑。并采用了一种新的相移控制方式,即通过控制占空比来改变移相角从而控制电流和功率。所提拓扑解决了电流型拓扑固有的启动问题和电压尖峰问题,低压侧实现了ZCS,高压侧实现了ZVS。详细分析了变换器正、反向换流和实现软开关的工作原理,最后通过模型仿真、样机实验验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:
A bidirectional DC-DC converter is proposed,which applies current-fed half-bridge topology at low-voltage side and voltage-fed half-bridge topology at high-voltage side. Phase-shift control scheme is adopted,which modulates the duty cycle of drive signal to change the angle for controlling the current and power. The proposed topology solves the inherent startup problem and high voltage spike problem of current-type topology. It realizes ZCS at low-voltage side and ZVS at high-voltage side. The operating principle of its forward/backward commutation and soft switching is analyzed and the theoretical analysis is verified by model simulation and prototype experiment.
