摘要:
针对电力故障波形重现(EFWR)技术的系统设计问题,提出了EFWR的硬件系统结构及其基本性能要求。对故障波形数据预处理的必要性进行了探讨,提出了适宜波形延拓、重构的改进自适应Prony方法。针对自动测试需求,建立了故障波形数据库及测试结果专家分析系统的框架。针对闭环测试需求,提出了基于波形延拓的时标重叠策略,使EFWR也可用于闭环测试。针对低电压及全数字式测试需求,提出了简便有效的改进策略对传统微机型继电保护测试装置进行改进,使EFWR亦可在这2类测试领域发挥优势。

Abstract:
As to the system design of EFWR(Electrical Fault Waveform Regeneration) technology,the hardware configurations of EFWR and their basic functional requirements are proposed. The necessity of fault waveform data preprocessing is discussed and a modified adaptive Prony method suitable for waveform prolongation and reconstruction is proposed. The fault waveform database for automatic test and the frame of expert system for test results analysis are established. The time-tag overlapping strategy based on waveform prolongation is proposed for the closed-loop test of EFWR. Some simple but effective measures are put forward to improve the traditional computer-based relay protection test device to make EFWR applicable in low-level and full-digital tests.
