一起复杂事故的保护动作行为分析

摘要:
某220 kV变电站发生了一起连续多次故障,保护误动、电压互感器(TV)断线、保护闭锁与间隙击穿等相互交织的复杂事故。在缺乏录波数据的情况下,采用相量分析的方法,分析了第1次故障时变压器差动保护误动的原因,指导了变压器差动保护电流回路故障点的查找;通过分析故障录波数据,分析了第2次故障时变压器中压侧后备保护与110 kV线路保护同时动作的原因,准确地判断出相邻变电站发生了变压器间隙击穿的情况。提出了主变中压侧复压方向过流保护应与该侧出线TV断线过流保护在时间上取得配合,就可避免主变中压侧复压过流保护越级动作的建议。

Abstract:
A complex accident occurred in a 220 kV substation is analyzed:protection maloperation,PT(Potential Transformer) line-break,protection-blocking and clearance breakdown. As there is no recorded fault data,the vector analysis is used to analyze the protection maloperation and the fault point in the current circuit of transformer differential protection is found. Why the transformer back-up protection and 110 kV line protection operate simultaneously is analyzed based on the recorded fault data and the transformer clearance breakdown in adjacent substation is accurately detected. It is pointed out that the proper matching of setting time between the over-current protection at mid-voltage side of main transformer and the PT line-break over-current protection may avoid the maloperation of over-current protection at mid-voltage side of main transformer.
