核电机组二回路建模与动态仿真

摘要:
基于物理规律采用了非线性模块化建模的方法,对压水堆核电机组主蒸汽系统、凝结水给水系统和汽轮机通流部分等二回路系统建立了动态模型。考虑了蒸汽的可压缩性、非平衡两相热交换等因素,利用流体网络软件求解微分方程与代数方程以实现仿真。将二回路与一回路系统集成后进行测试验证。仿真结果表明模型精度取决于模块划分的程度,通过精选算法与模块适当的划分,可以获得实时仿真系统所需要的精度。

Abstract:
The nonlinear dynamic model is established based on physical law for the secondary system of typical pressurized water reactor plant:main steam system,condensate feed water system,steam turbine flow passage,etc. The influences of compressible steam flow and non-equilibrium two-phase heat exchange are considered and the fluid flow network SW package is used to get the solutions of differential or algebraic equations for simulation. The total system integrating the primary and secondary loops is constructed and tested,and simulative result shows that,the model accuracy depends on the level of module partition and the accuracy required by the real-time simulation system can be achieved by the proper selection of algorithm and appropriate partition of module.
