提出了利用拓扑建模的方法,结合IEC61850标准中变电站配置描述文件(SCD),使用实时拓扑分析工具的自适应备自投方案,该方案可以自动识别一次系统因保护动作、人为操作引起的各类变化情况。设计了“电气岛”和备自投规则,以安排合适的备用电源投入,完成电源的切换。 |

Abstract: |
An adaptive automatic switchover devices scheme is proposed,which,combined with the SCD(Substation Configuration Description) file of IEC61850 standard,applies the topological modeling method and real-time topological analysis tools to automatically identify various primary system changes by protective actions or manual operations. The “electric island” and automatic switchover devices rules are designed to properly arrange the backup power supply for power sources switchover. |
