基于CIM/CIS的省地调电网模型拼接与数据交换

摘要:
针对省地调能量管理系统(EMS)各自独立建立模型,导致系统间数据交互困难的问题,基于IEC61970 的公共信息模型(CIM)提出了省地调电网模型拼接方法。该方法基于信息模型路径对电网模型对象进行编码,采用边界定义、拓扑拆分、模型拼接等技术形成完整的全电网模型,并对不同版本的电网模型采用增量更新方式进行管理;同时基于组件接口规范(CIS)实现了省地调电网实时数据、历史数据的交换与共享。

Abstract:
The provincial and regional EMSs(Energy Management Systems) have established their own models independently,resulting in the difficulty of data exchange between systems,for which,a model connection method based on the CIM(Common Information Model) of IEC61970 is proposed. The models of power network are encoded based on information model object path and a complete power network model is formed by boundary definition,topological splitting and model connection. The incremental update is applied in the version management of power network models and the exchange and sharing of real-time and historical data between provincial and regional power networks are achieved based on CIS(Component Interface Specification).
