摘要: |
针对分布式能源投资,提出3种分布式电源投资模式,包括合同能源管理模式、能源企业(电网企业、发电商或新能源企业)投资模式、用户单方投资模式。结合区间数理论从净现值、动态投资回收期、内部收益率3个方面对分布式电源的投资效益进行评价,分析了分布式电源投资所面临的不确定因素,重点研究了分布式能源投资中的节能服务公司、用户、电网企业等利益主体的经济效益。最后,通过一个冷热电三联供分布式电源投资算例,以区间数的形式分析了该分布式电源的投资效益,并对比了不同投资模式间的经济效益,验证了所提方法的合理性,同时证明了分布式电源能够实现各利益主体共赢。 |

Investment benefit analysis based on interval number for distributed generation |

Abstract: |
Three investment models are presented for DG(Distributed Generation):energy performance contract,energy company investment(grid companies,electricity generation companies,new energy companies),and customer investment. Based on the interval theory,the investment benefits of DG are evaluated with three indicators: net present value,dynamic investment payback period and internal return rate. Some uncertain factors affecting the investment benefits are also analyzed. The economic benefits of relevant parties(energy-saving service company,customer,grid companies,etc.) are studied. The investment benefits of a DG (combined cooling,heating and power) are analyzed based on interval number and the economic benefits are compared among different investment models,which verifies the reasonability of the proposed models and the mutual economic benefits of relevant parties.
