供电设备检修计划优化模型和算法

摘要:
研究了供电设备检修计划优化模型和算法。模型以供电售电损失最小为优化目标,售电损失计算中引入供电回路电价,体现电力市场环境下差别化供电对检修优化结果的影响。在检修约束方面,采用检修资源占用量表示不同设备检修对资源占用的差异,使检修资源约束描述符合现场实际;新增节假日约束,可避免或减少检修占用工人正常休息日。采用改进的遗传算法进行供电设备检修计划优化,以保证优化质量。算例结果表明了模型和算法的有效性。

Abstract:
The optimization model and algorithm for the maintenance scheduling of power supply equipments are studied. The optimization model takes the minimal sale loss as its objective. The power supply circuit price is introduced in the calculation of electricity sale loss to show the influence of different power supply modes in power market environment on the maintenance optimization results. The maintenance resource occupation is adopted in the terms of maintenance constraints to show the difference of resource occupation by different equipments in maintenance,making maintenance resource constraint accord with field practice. The holiday constraint is set to avoid or reduce the work in rest days. The improved genetic algorithm is applied in the equipment maintenance optimization to ensure its high quality. Case study shows the effectiveness of the introduced model and algorithm.
