基于REST和IEC61970的智能电网数据集成方法

摘要:
针对电力系统信息不能互联造成的信息孤岛现象,根据智能电网信息平台一体化要求,在IEC61970标准的基础上提出一种基于REST架构风格的数据集成方案。通过定义公用信息模型(CIM),统一了电力系统中各种数据格式。采用REST架构风格构建轻量级Web服务。算例分析表明,所提方案能够有效地实现智能电网数据集成,提高了系统的可扩展性和应用性。

Abstract:
According to the integration requirement of smart grid information platform,a data integration scheme based on the REST architecture conforming to IEC61970 is proposed to clear up the information island in power system. Different data formats are unified by the definition of CIM(Common Information Model) and the REST architecture is adopted to set up a lightweight Web service. Case study shows that,the proposed scheme effectively integrates the smart grid data and improves the system expandability and applicability.
