智能电网环境下的省级EMS设计与关键技术

摘要:
在总结电网能量管理系统(EMS)研究现状和分析智能电网环境对EMS的需求的基础上,提出了基于面向服务构架(SOA)的新一代能量管理系统(N-EMS)。基于统一的支撑平台,介绍了N-EMS的实时调度控制、调度计划和调度管理3类应用功能,讨论了以二维联盟多Agent架构、电网实时建模、全过程梯度预警、大范围协调统一调度、多时间尺度协调的有功调度和多层次功能服务配置为代表的关键技术。

Abstract:
The status of grid EMS(Energy Management System) research is summarized and the requirements of smart grid for EMS are analyzed,based on which,a N-EMS(New generation of EMS) with SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture) is proposed. Three application functions on its unified support platform are introduced:real-time dispatch control,dispatch planning and dispatch management,and its key technologies are discussed:multi-Agent based federated architecture,real-time modeling,whole-process gradient forewarning and preventive control,wide-range coordinative and unified dispatch,multi-time-scale coordinative active power dispatch,and multi-layer functional service configuration.
