摘要:
将德尔菲(Delphi)法和灰色层次分析(GAHP)法集成为一种新的综合评价方法,并将其运用于电动汽车充电站选址最优决策中。 采用Delphi法建立电动汽车充电站站址综合评价指标体系。采用GAHP法量化定性影响因素,处理不确定性灰色因素,确定各指标的权重。在此基础上进一步确定候选站址的合理性综合评价值,为充电站选址最优决策提供依据。实际算例证明了该方法具有良好的实用性。

Abstract:
A comprehensive evaluation method integrating Delphi method and GAHP(Grey Analytic Hierarchy Process) method is applied in the optimal siting of electric vehicle charging station. The Delphi method is used to establish the comprehensive evaluation index system for the location of electric vehicle charging station while the GAHP method to quantify the qualitatively influencing factors,process the uncertain grey factors and define the weight of each index,based on which,the rationality of each optional location is comprehensively evaluated for the optimal siting of charging station. Case analysis shows the good practicability of the proposed method.
