基于多传感器信息融合技术的球磨机料位测控系统

摘要:
提出了一种基于多传感器信息融合技术的球磨机料位测控系统。在机理模型分析的基础上,研究了球磨机料位与过程参数之间的关系。研究了信息融合中传感器的选取和数据采集,开发了由数据采集器-数据通信器-PC机3层结构组成的球磨机筒体振动信号采集装置,并基于最小二乘支持向量机 (LS-SVM)算法提出了料位信息融合软测量方法。提出了基于料位检测的球磨机负荷模糊控制算法。实验结果表明,该测控系统能够有效地实现料位检测与优化控制。

Abstract:
The fill-level measuring and control system for ball mill is introduced,which is based on multi-sensor information fusion technology. The relationship between fill level and process parameter is researched based on the analysis of mechanical model. The selection of sensors for information fusion and the data acquisition are studied. The 3-layer shell vibration data acquisition equipment is developed,which is composed of data collector,data communicator and PC. The information fusion soft measuring of fill level is proposed based on LS-SVM (Least Square-Support Vector Machine) algorithm and the fuzzy control algorithm of ball mill load is proposed based on fill level measurement. Experimental results show that,the proposed system effectively measures the fill level of ball mill and optimizes the load control.
