电网故障下基于撬棒保护的双馈风电机组短路电流分析

摘要:
首先分析了撬棒接入后双馈感应发电机(DFIG)定、转子磁链的全响应,进而给出了适用于对称/不对称电网电压跌落故障情况的DFIG短路电流时域解析表达式。在此基础上,提出了一种新型的电阻串联电容式撬棒结构,并给出了其中电容值的选取方法。较之传统的电阻式撬棒,该撬棒能够更为有效地抑制DFIG的转子浪涌电流并改善故障期间DFIG定子端的有功、无功功率外特性。最后,基于1.5 MW的DFIG风电系统仿真模型和3 kW实验平台分别对短路电流解析分析的正确性以及电阻串联电容式撬棒结构的有效性进行了仿真和实验验证。

Short circuit current analysis for DFIG-based wind generation system with Crowbar protection under grid faults

Abstract:
The complete response of DFIG(Doubly-Fed Induction Generator) stator and rotor fluxes to the firing of Crowbar is analyzed and a time-domain analytical expression of DFIG short circuit current is proposed for the symmetrical and asymmetrical grid faults. A type of Crowbar consisting of resistor in series with capacitor is proposed and the selection method for its capacitor is given. Compared with the traditional Crowbar,it limits the rotor surge current more effectively and improves the power characteristics of DFIG stator end during fault period. Based on a 1.5 MW DFIG wind energy conversion simulation system and a 3 kW DFIG test platform,the accuracy of short circuit current analytical analysis and the effectiveness of proposed Crowbar are validated by the simulative and experimental results.
