考虑母线电压暂降非线性分布特征的配电网故障定位

摘要:
根据母线处电压暂降的非线性分布特征,提出一种配电网故障定位新方法。首先得到母线处电压暂降的幅值和相位跳变关于故障距离在各线路区段上的非线性分布解析式,然后结合电压实测值,用复数的实虚部分离法估算故障电阻,最后用弦割法计算故障距离,根据最小故障距离偏差识别故障区段;结合故障测距和故障区段结果达到准确定位,解决了多分支辐射式配电网的故障定位问题。通过对IEEE 13节点测试系统在不同故障电阻、负荷波动及分布式电源接入等条件下仿真,结果证明了所提方法的准确性和有效性。

Abstract:
A fault location method based on the nonlinear profile of bus voltage sag is proposed,which establishes the nonlinear analytical expression of voltage sag amplitude and phase jump in respect of the fault distance of different line sections,separates the real and imaginary parts of measured voltage to estimate the fault resistance,applies the chord secant method to calculate the fault distance,identifies the faulty section according to the minimal deviation of fault distance,and locates the fault accurately according to both fault distance and faulty section,applicable to the fault location of multi-branch radial distribution network. Results of IEEE 13-bus test feeder for various fault resistances,load variation and grid-connection of distributed generation prove the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed method.
