10kV配电变压器和箱式变电站升压改造至20 kV电压等级的研究

摘要:
提出具体改造方法,通过计算铁芯参数、高压绕组参数和低压绕组参数,分析了各类型10 kV配电变压器升压改造技术可行性,并比较不同升压改造方案的经济性以确定最优改造方案。分析结果表明:10 kV干式变压器具有减容量改造技术可行性,但成本高于直接更换为等容量全新20 kV干式变压器方案,因此宜直接将其更换为20 kV干式变压器;约90 % 的10 kV油浸式变压器能够顺利等容量升压改造为20 kV油浸式变压器,改造过程中对高压绕组进行更换,其成本约为同容量全新20 kV油浸式变压器价格的35 % ~ 45 %;欧式箱变具备改造可行性,美式箱变则宜直接更换。

Abstract:
The technical feasibility of voltage upgrading is analyzed by calculating the parameters of core,high-voltage winding and low-voltage winding for various types of 10 kV distribution transformer,and the economic effect is compared among different upgrading schemes for selecting the optimal one. Results show that,10 kV dry-type transformer can be technically upgraded to 20 kV level by capacity reduction but the cost is higher than new 20 kV dry-type transformer with same capacity,so it should be replaced by 20 kV one;about 90 % of 10 kV oil-filled transformers can be easily upgraded to 20 kV level without capacity reduction by high-voltage winding replacement and the cost is about 35 % — 45 % of new 20 kV oil-filled transformer with same capacity;it is possible to upgrade European prefabricated substation from 10 kV to 20 kV;American prefabricated substation should be replaced by 20 kV one.
