中低压配电柜数字化技术

摘要:
设计了一种以STM32F103高性能微处理器为核心,采用RealView MDK进行软件开发的数字化开关柜。充分利用其丰富的片上外设接口,通过外围扩展电路可实现配电回路电压、电流、母线接头温度、柜内环境温/湿度及开关状态等参数的检测,并可计算有功功率、无功功率、视在功率、功率因数、频率、谐波等,通过CAN总线将参数传输至上位机,对配电柜进行实时监测和远程控制。试验结果显示该系统运行稳定可靠。

Abstract:
A digital distribution cabinet is designed based on STM32F103 high-performance microprocessor and RealView MDK software,which makes full use of the rich peripheral interfaces of STM32F103 to detect different parameters with the externally expanded circuits,such as the voltage and current of feeders,the temperature of bus connectors,the environmental temperature and humidity inside cabinet and the switch status,calculates the active power,reactive power,apparent power,power factor,frequency and harmonics,and transfers these parameters to host computer via CAN bus to realize its real-time monitoring and remote control. Test results show the trial operation of the system is stable and reliable.
