同步发电机转子匝间短路故障在线监测的研究评述与展望

摘要:
目前转子匝间短路故障在线监测主要有基于磁场探测的故障监测法、冲击脉冲法、轴电压监测法、电气量监测法和机组振动特性监测法,对这几种方法的原理进行了阐述和评价。从故障的数学建模、故障特征及其机理、基于定子相绕组内部不平衡电流有效值的故障监测方案3个方面说明了电气量监测法的相关研究进展,从无死区灵敏监测、不具备分支电流互感器安装条件发电机的故障监测、故障在线定位3个方面对转子匝间短路故障在线监测技术的研究进行展望,并给出了初步思路。

Review and prospect of online rotor inter-turn short circuit monitoring for synchronous generator

Abstract:
The principles of five online rotor inter-turn short circuit monitoring methods are introduced and evaluated:fault monitoring based on magnetic field measurement,shock pulse,shaft voltage monitoring,electrical parameter monitoring and unit vibration monitoring. The research progress of electrical parameter monitoring method is introduced in three aspects:the fault mathematical modeling,the fault characteristic and mechanism and the fault monitoring based on the internal unbalanced current of stator phase windings. The researches of online rotor inter-turn short circuit monitoring techniques are prospected from three aspects:the sensitive monitoring without dead-zone,the fault monitoring of generator unequipped with branch current transformer and the online fault location,and some preliminary concepts are given.
