大型发电机内部故障分析与计算软件的开发和应用

摘要:
基于已通过多种实验验证的交流电机定子内部故障的多回路分析方法,开发了图形界面化的大型发电机内部故障分析软件,介绍了软件的主要功能和特点。该软件可以方便地确定电机实际可能发生的各种内部短路的类型和故障位置,然后进行准确的暂态或稳态仿真计算,并且全面、直观地查看仿真结果,还可校核主保护的灵敏度并分析其动作性能。通过对向家坝水电站某发电机可能发生的典型故障的计算与分析,总结了常见主保护动作死区内的故障类型及其电流分布特点和导致保护灵敏度较低的原因。

Abstract:
The multi-loop analysis method for the internal faults of AC machines is fully validated by various experiments,based on which,a kind of visualized internal fault analysis software is developed for large-scale generators and its main functions and features are briefly introduced. It detects conveniently the type and location of any possible internal short circuit of generator,carries out the accurate transient or steady-state simulative calculations,checks comprehensively and intuitively the simulative results,examines the sensitivity of main protection and analyzes its performances. Some typical internal faults that may occur in a generator of Xiangjiaba hydropower station are simulated and analyzed,the types and current distributions of generator internal faults within the operational dead zones of widely-used main protections are summarized,and the causes of their low sensitivity are also introduced.
