智能用电条件下用户用能管理与服务平台

摘要:
提高用户用能管理水平、提升用户用能的服务质量,是智能用电的一个主要目标,因此探讨了智能用电条件下用户用能服务管理平台的建设。分析了当前智能用电体系下用户用能管理的不足和发展瓶颈,介绍了其系统架构、功能设计和软件结构。从软件安全和信息安全方面阐述了平台的安全部署。介绍了国家有关节能补贴政策,基于此分析了用户用能管理服务推广所需的外部政策环境。

Abstract:
Since the main target of smart electricity utilization is to improve the management level and service quality of power usage,the construction of power usage management & service platform in the condition of smart electricity utilization is discussed. The deficiency and bottleneck of power usage management in present smart electricity utilization system are analyzed and its system architecture,function design and software structure are introduced. The security deployment of the power usage management & service platform is introduced from aspects of software security and information security. The external policy environment for developing the power usage management & service platform is analyzed based on the introduction of the state subsidy policies for energy saving.
