动态搜索调节调制波偏置的SPWM三电平逆变器中点电压平衡控制方法

摘要:
为解决三电平逆变器中点电压不平衡问题,提出了一种动态搜索调节调置波偏置量(DSMO)的正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)方法。该方法通过采样中点电压,根据调制比、输出电流的幅值、输出功率因数角在线计算出调制波偏置调节系数的限值范围,搜索到最优的调节系数,实现动态调节调制波的偏置量,达到不同负载条件下的中点电压平衡控制的目的。与变载波幅值的方法相比,所提方法的动态调节速度快、稳态误差小,输出波形质量得到提高。仿真验证了理论分析的正确性,最后在基于DSP-CPLD的二极管中点箝位型三电平逆变器实验平台上验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:
Aiming at the neutral-point voltage imbalance of three-level inverter,a SPWM (Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation) method is proposed,which adjusts the DSMO(Dynamic Searching Modulation-wave Offset). It samples the neutral-point voltage,online calculates the range of modulation wave offset adjustment coefficient according to the modulation ratio,output current amplitude and output power factor,and searches the optimal coefficient to dynamically adjust the modulation wave offset for balancing the neutral-point voltage in different load conditions. Compared with the variable carrier amplitude method,the proposed method has better dynamic response,smaller steady-state error and nicer output waveform quality. The simulative result proves the correctness of theoretical analysis and the experimental result of a DSP-CPLD-based NPC(Neutral Point Clamped) three-level inverter verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
