基于随机动态规划方法的电缆运维最优方案

摘要:
提出了一种基于随机动态规划方法的电力电缆最优更换方案。该方案基于电缆绝缘材料随机老化模型,得出电力电缆的故障概率分布和绝缘老化等级;给出了计划区间内每年的维护决策,从而优化整体成本,降低电缆线路引起的意外停电事故,提高电网运行可靠性。

Abstract:
An optimal power-cable maintenance scheme based on stochastic dynamic programming is proposed, which applies the stochastic aging model of power-cable to obtain its failure rate distribution and insulation aging level. The annual maintenance schedules within the planning period are given for optimizing the overall cost, reducing the unexpected power outages due to power-cable fault and improving the operational reliability of power grid.
