大功率极低频电源谐波传导分析

摘要:
极低频(ELF)电源在地下资源探测、地震预测和军事通信等领域发挥着重要作用。然而,极低频电源逆变侧产生的低频谐波分量难以被滤除,将在逆变侧输入端形成纹波电压,恶化极低频电源的输出谐波特性。低频谐波分量还将渗透直流滤波网络向整流侧和电网传导,造成整流输出端电感电流波动,并在网侧电流基波和特征次谐波附近产生低频相关的边带谐波。建立了极低频电源的数学模型,重点关注逆变侧输入端电容电压和整流侧输出端电感电流,对低频谐波传导进行了分析,并对理论分析进行了仿真验证。

Abstract:
ELF(Extremely Low-Frequency) power-supply plays an important role in underground resource exploration, earthquake prediction and military communication. It is difficult to filter the low-frequency harmonic components generated at the inverter side of power-supply, which may induce the ripple voltage at the input side of inverter to deteriorate the output harmonic characteristics of power-supply and, after transmitted via DC filter network to the rectifier side and grid, cause the inductor current fluctuation at the output side of rectifier and the low-frequency sideband harmonics near the fundamental and characteristic sub-harmonics of grid-side current. A mathematical model of ELF power-supply is established, the capacitor voltage at the input side of inverter and the inductor current at the output side of rectifier are researched, the transmission of low-frequency harmonics is analyzed, and simulative verification is carried out for the theoretical analysis.
