考虑削峰填谷的电动出租车充电负荷影响因素调节方法

摘要:
针对电动汽车的有序充电调控,从充电负荷影响因素调节的角度出发,实现充电对配电系统的削峰填谷。以深圳市电动出租车为例,依据车辆出行统计数据,采用概率方法模拟电动出租车充电负荷。在此基础上,以充电时间区间及其相应的开始充电时刻分布特性作为调节变量,以配电系统负荷曲线最大峰谷差和负荷率作为调节的评价指标,通过充电时段划分的差异性,以及不同充电时段内开始充电时刻分布特性的变化,提出了充电站内电动出租车充电对配电网削峰填谷的3种调节方法。不同方法下评价指标值的计算结果表明:既要依据系统峰谷时段而调控充电区间,又要在这些充电时段调节开始充电时刻分布特性,且分布特性的选择与调控效果有关。

Abstract:
For the coordinated charging of EVs(Electric Vehicles),the influencing factors of charging load can be regulated to realize the load shifting of distribution system. As an example, the probabilistic method is adopted to simulate the charging load of Shenzhen electric taxis based on their travel statistics. The charging interval and distribution of corresponding startup time are taken as the variables of regulation, while the maximum peak-valley difference of load curve and the load rate are taken as the evaluation indexes of regulation. Based on the difference of charging interval and the distribution variation of corresponding startup time, three regulation methods are presented for the load shifting of distribution system by charging the electric taxis in the charging station. The calculated evaluation indexes of different methods show that, the charging interval should be regulated according to the peak and valley periods and the distribution of startup time should also be regulated for the corresponding charging interval; the selection of distribution concerns the regulation effect.
