FBMMC直流故障穿越机理及故障清除策略

摘要:
针对模块化多电平换流器型直流输电(MMC-HVDC)直流故障的快速清除,对全桥型模块化多电平换流器(FBMMC)直流故障机理及故障清除控制策略进行了研究。研究了全桥子模块的导通模式与运行特性;分析了闭锁前后直流侧双极短路故障机理、故障电流阻断原理和故障清除控制策略。在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建了仿真模型,对全桥子模块的运行特性、直流故障机理、故障清除及快速恢复策略进行了仿真分析,结果验证了所提策略在直流故障穿越方面的有效性。

Abstract:
In view of the rapid clearing of MMC-HVDC(Modular Multilevel Converter based HVDC) DC fault, the DC fault mechanism and fault clearing control strategy of full-bridge modular multilevel converters are studied. The conducting mode and operating characteristics of the full-bridge submodule are analyzed. The mechanism of DC-side pole-to-pole fault, the fault current blocking principle and the fault clearing control strategy before and after locking are proposed. A simulation model is built in PSCAD/EMTDC, based on which the operating characteristics of full-bridge submodule, the DC fault mechanism, the fault clearing and fast recovery strategy are carried out. The simulative results verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy for full-bridge submodule in aspects of DC fault ride-through.
