中央空调负荷直接控制策略及其可调度潜力评估

摘要:
如何挖掘和评估电力系统负荷的可调度潜力是当前国内外关注的热点。选择城市负荷中比重较大的空调负荷进行研究。在用户室内温度模型的基础上,研究了空调周期性间断运行的特性;建立了考虑类周期性温度变化、中央空调用户的舒适度需求以及响应电网调度需求等多种核心影响因素的优化模型,提出了分时段的直接负荷控制策略;从削峰填谷、负荷管理、节电潜力3个层面归纳得出了一种适用于所提模型的负荷可调度潜力评估方法;构建算例对空调负荷实施优化控制、应用可调度潜力评估方法,验证所提策略与方法的有效性和可行性。

Direct control strategy of central air-conditioning load and its schedulable potential evaluation

Abstract:
How to exploit and evaluate the schedulable potential of power system load is a hot concern at home and abroad at present, so the air-conditioning load with larger proportion in the city load is studied. The cycling intermittent operation characteristics of the air-conditioning system are analyzed based on the customer's indoor temperature model. The optimal models are established considering various core influencing factors, i. e. quasi-periodic temperature change, comfort demand of customer, demand response to grid dispatch and so on, and the direct load control strategy of different periods is proposed. Then, an evaluation method of load schedulable potential applicable to the proposed model is summarized from three aspects of peak load shifting, load management and power saving potential. Finally, the optimal air-conditioning load control is conducted and the schedulable potential evaluation method is employed through a simulation example, and the validity and practicability of the proposed strategy and method are verified.
