基于复合储能系统的微网联络线功率优化

摘要:
风电资源具有波动性、随机性,直接接入电力系统会对电力系统的安全稳定运行造成影响,因此提出一种基于超级电容器、蓄电池和压缩空气储能组成的复合储能系统。超级电容器和蓄电池组成平抑短时间尺度功率波动的储能系统;压缩空气储能组成长时间尺度下削峰填谷的储能系统,根据上下限功率约束控制联络线功率。建立考虑寿命损耗的复合储能系统成本模型。仿真结果验证了所提复合储能系统的有效性,且相比于其他储能方案,其具有更好的经济性。

Microgrid tie line power optimization based on hybrid energy storage system

Abstract:
Due to the volatility and randomness, the direct grid connection of wind power resources will influence the safe and stable operation of power system, so a hybrid energy storage system composed of the super capacitor, battery and compressed air energy storage is proposed. The super capacitor and battery comprise the energy storage system to smooth the short time scale power fluctuation, and the compressed air energy storage comprises the energy storage system to realize the long time scale peak load shifting, which controls the tie line power according to the upper and lower power limits. The cost model of the hybrid energy storage system with the consideration of the life loss is established. The simulative results verify the effectiveness of the proposed hybrid energy storage system, and it has better economy compared with the other energy storage schemes.
