多电压等级配电网备用电源自动投切装置的优化配置方法

摘要:
科学合理地配置备用电源自动投切装置对提高配电网可靠性起着非常重要的作用,目前的配置方法可能造成备用电源自动投切装置冗余,或者引起装置动作后变压器或(及)联络线过载等问题。提出多电压等级配电网备用电源自动投切装置的优化配置方法,在考虑设备检修方式下“N-1”以及备用电源自动投切装置与高压配电网自愈系统、中压配电网联络线断路器动作配合的基础上,以配电网负荷转供能力最大、备用电源自动投切装置数目最小为优化目标,在“N-1”或设备检修方式下“N-1”的潮流约束、转供负荷等值约束、联络线容量约束和主变容量约束下,采用改进的量子遗传算法(IQGA)进行多电压等级备用电源自动投切装置综合配置。算例分析表明,所提方法可提高电网的负荷转供能力,避免潮流和电压越限,提高配电网供电可靠性。

Optimal configuration method of automatic bus transfer in multi-voltage level distribution network

Abstract:
It is important for improving the reliability of distribution network to scientifically and rationally configure the automatic bus transfer, but the current configuration methods may easily cause problems, such as device redundancy, or overload of transformer or(and) tie line after the action of the device. An optimal configuration method of automatic bus transfer is proposed for multi-voltage level distribution network, which considers “N-1” under device maintenance mode and the cooperation of automatic bus transfer, self-healing system of high voltage distribution network, and breaker operation of tie line in medium voltage distribution network, takes the maximum load transfer capability and minimum number of automatic bus transfer as the optimal objectives, and adopts the IQGA(Improved Quantum Genetic Algorithm) to obtain the optimal configuration scheme under the constraints, i. e. power flow constraints with “N-1” or “N-1” under device maintenance mode, equivalence constraints of transfer load, capacity constraints of tie lines and main transformers. Analysis of an example shows that, the proposed method can improve the load transfer capability, avoid power load and voltage violation, and improve the power supply reliability of distribution network.
