一种基波电流补偿高次谐波电流的LCCL谐振结构参数设计方法

摘要:
针对现有对称型LCL谐振结构引起电磁感应式无线电能传输(ICPT)系统逆变器功率管非零电流关断问题,提出了一种LCCL谐振结构基波电流补偿高次谐波电流的方法。摒弃了传统对称型LCL谐振结构保持输入、输出阻抗呈现纯电阻特性的思路,通过采用基波无功电流的超前输入电压相位来补偿高次谐波电流落后输入电压相位的方法,提出了一种四阶LCCL谐振结构参数设计方法。所提出的方法可以实现ICPT系统逆变环节的零电流关断。针对所提出的LCCL谐振结构参数设计约束条件较多、设计过程较为困难的问题,提出了非线性规划求解LCCL谐振结构参数方法。对所提出的方法进行了仿真与实验分析。仿真和实验表明,采用所提LCCL谐振结构参数设计方法,在ICPT系统逆变器关断瞬间,功率管进入反并联二极管续流状态,通过功率管的电流瞬时值为0,实现了ICPT系统逆变模块的零电流关断。

Abstract:
Aiming at the non-zero current shutdown problem of the ICPT(Inductive Contactless Power Transfer) system inverter power tube which caused by using symmetric LCL resonant structure, a method which uses fundamental current to compensate harmonic current is proposed. Abandoning the method of traditional symmetric LCL resonant structure which requires the input and output impedance to be pure resistance, instead, a method to design the parameters of the four-order LCCL resonant structure is proposed by using the leading phase of fundamental reactive current to compensate the high-order harmonic phase lag. The proposed method can realize ZCS(Zero Current Switching) of the inverter in the ICPT system. Aiming at the problem that the parameters design process is difficult and heavily constrained, a nonlinear programming method for solving LCCL resonant structure parameters is proposed. The simulation and experiment are carried out, and the results show that, in the case of using the proposed parameters design method of LCCL resonant structure, when the inverter in the ICPT system turns off, the power tube enters the anti parallel diode freewheeling state, and the instantaneous current value of the power tube is 0, achieving ZCS of the inverter module in the ICPT system.
