±1100 kV特高压直流输电受端接入方式的综合评估

摘要:
以±1100 kV特高压直流输电工程受端接入方式为评价对象,从潮流分布和安全稳定性2个方面提出了其评价指标体系,其中潮流分布指标包括潮流均匀度、线路负荷率、断面热稳定水平、特高压主变下网功率等,安全稳定性指标包括短路比、换相失败系数、功角严重度指标和故障摇摆严重度指标等。基于层次分析法和改进扇形雷达图法,提出了适用于±1100 kV特高压直流输电受端接入方式的综合评估方法,可用于定量评估不同接入方式的总体效果。

Abstract:
To assess the receiving end connection scheme of ±1100 kV UHVDC(Ultra High Voltage Direct Voltage) project, an evaluation index system based on power flow distribution and system security and stability is established. The power flow distribution indexes contain the power flow evenness, line load rate, interface thermal stability level and UHV(Ultra High Voltage) transformer power, etc.,while the system security and stability indexes contain the short circuit ratio, commutation failure rate, power angle severity index and power swing severity index, etc. Furthermore, based on the analytic hierarchy process and radar chart, a comprehensive evaluation method for the receiving end connection scheme of ±1100 kV UHVDC project is proposed, which can quantitatively evaluate the overall impacts of different connection schemes.
