基于Duffing系统和扩展Prony算法的异步电动机转子断条故障检测

摘要:
针对异步电动机经常发生的转子断条故障,提出一种Duffing系统与扩展Prony算法相结合的检测方法。利用Duffing系统对初始参数的敏感性准确提取定子电流信号中的故障特征分量,但Duffing系统无法对故障特征分量幅值进行有效估计。为解决该问题,提出利用扩展Prony算法确定各故障特征分量的幅值和初相角。仿真和实验结果表明所提方法切实可行,且算法简单、结果直观。

Abstract:
A method combining with Duffing system and extended Prony algorithm is proposed for the BRB(Broken Rotor Bar) fault detection of asynchronous motors. The Duffing system is sensitive to the initial parameters, which can be used to accurately extract the fault feature components in stator current signal, however, it cannot effectively estimate the amplitude of fault feature components. In order to solve this problem, the extended Prony algorithm is proposed to determine the amplitudes and initial phase angles of fault feature components. Simulative and experimental results show that the proposed method is practicable, effective and simple, and the detecting results are intuitive.
