基于改进STD法的电力系统低频振荡辨识

摘要:
介绍稀疏时域(STD)法的基本理论并对其进行改进,给出基于该方法进行低频振荡模式参数辨识的具体实施步骤。16机系统时域仿真数据和某实际电网相量测量单元(PMU)实测数据验证了改进STD法的有效性和实用性。改进STD法与总体最小二乘-旋转不变技术(TLS-ESPRIT)及Ibrahim时域(ITD)算法辨识结果的对比表明,改进STD法在准确性和抗噪性方面均表现较好;与含低通滤波器的多通道ITD算法相对比,改进STD法无需对输入信号进行低通滤波即可实现准确辨识。

Abstract:
The basic theory of STD(Spare Time Domain) algorithm is introduced, and the algorithm is improved, based on which, the concrete implementation steps of parameter identification for low-frequency oscillation are given. The validity and practicality of the improved STD algorithm are verified by the time domain simulation data of a 16-generator system and the PMU(Phase Measurement Unit) data of a practical power grid. The comparison of identification results among the improved STD algorithm, the TLS-ESPRIT(Total Least Square-Estimation of Signal Parameters via Rotation Invariance Techniques) and ITD(Ibrahim Time Domain) algorithm shows that the improved STD algorithm performs well in the aspects of accuracy and anti-noise performance, and it can realize accurate identification without low-pass filtering of the input signal compared with the multi-channel ITD algorithm with low-pass filter.
