基于实测数据的风电场风速功率特性仿射建模方法

摘要:
提出基于实测数据的风电场风速功率曲线仿射建模方法。以预报误差、地形差异以及尾流效应影响因素作为噪声元,建立输入风速的仿射模型;将风电场功率实测数据划分为多个所属风速区间,求取各个风速区间的中心值,拟合仿射中心值曲线,进而辨识风速功率仿射模型中的噪声元系数。实测数据验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:
An affine modelling method of wind speed-power curve in wind farm is proposed based on measured data. An affine model of input wind speed is built taking the influence factors of forecast error, topographic difference and wake effect as noise elements. The measured wind power data is divided into multiple wind speed intervals, the center values of each interval are obtained and the affine center value curves are fitted, thus the noise element coefficients in the wind speed-power affine model are identified. The validity of the proposed method is verified by the measured data.
