基于电流幅值比的逆变型新能源场站送出线路T接纵联保护

摘要:
逆变型新能源的内阻抗不稳定、相角受控,因此比率制动式差动保护面临巨大挑战。为解决该问题,提出了基于两侧电流幅值比的纵联保护方法,同时分析了该方法在场站T接情况下的适应性并提出了改进判据。所提方法只需传递标量信号,降低了对通信系统和同步能力的要求,且在重合于永久性故障以及场站失电情况下均能正确动作,原理简单可靠,具备工程应用价值。仿真结果表明所提方法能够正确区分区内外故障,录波数据进一步证实了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:
The internal impedance of inverter-interfaced renewable energy generator is unstable and its phase angle is affected by control system, so the ratio braking style differential protection faces great challenges. To solve this problem, a pilot protection method based on current amplitude ratio of both sides is proposed. Meanwhile the adaptability of the proposed method in condition of teed line is analyzed and the improved criterion is put forward. The proposed method only needs to transmit the scalar signals, which reduces the requirements on the communication system and synchronizing ability. It can correctly operate in the case of reclosing on permanent faults and power failure. In addition, its principle is simple and reliable, and it has engineering application value. The simulative results show that the proposed method can correctly distinguish internal and external faults and field-testing data also confirm the effectiveness of the method.
