摘要:
针对动车组牵引整流器IGBT的开路故障诊断问题,以CRH3型动车组的牵引工况为例,提出一种基于改进谱峭度与电流均值的新型诊断方法。分析单个IGBT开路和2个IGBT同时开路故障下牵引整流器的网侧电流突变情况,根据网侧电流的突变特征将其分类;计算网侧电流的改进谱峭度(SK)以检测故障发生类别;结合电流均值法定位故障。所提的改进方法不需要复杂分类器,在实际应用中方便可行,仿真结果表明该方法能有效实现动车组牵引整流器的故障诊断。

Abstract:
To deal with the open circuit fault diagnosis of the EMU(Electric Multiple Unit) traction rectifier IGBT, a new diagnostic method based on improved spectral kurtosis and current mean value is proposed. The traction condition of CRH3 EMU is utilized as an example. Firstly, the sudden mutation of the traction rectifier network side current is analyzed under both single IGBT open circuit and two IGBTs open circuit faults. The fault is classified according to the mutation characteristics of the network side current. Subsequently, the improved SK(Spectral Kurtosis) of the network side current is calculated to detect the fault category. Finally, the fault can be located in combination with the current mean value method. The improved method does not require complex classifiers, and it is convenient and feasible in practical applications. The simulative results show that the proposed method can effectively solve the fault diagnosis of EMU traction rectifier.
